好像一切都很糟糕
Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 烟花1995
小学生典道（山崎裕太）与佑价（反田孝幸）等同伴们就烟花升腾而起时是扁是圆展开争论，无果后，众人困惑起来，为了将困惑解决，他们决定趁夏季花火大会的机会去燃放烟花的灯塔上一探究竟。典道和佑价同时暗恋的同学，早熟的少女奈砂（奥菜惠）因为父母离异怀起心事。一场在典道和佑价之间进行的五十米游泳比赛结束后，奈砂单约胜利者佑价陪她去看烟花，不想对方最终决定同大伙一起去灯塔。奈砂最终拉上比赛失败的典道上路，目的地却变成了火车站甚至更远的东京。
