剧情简介
本片由一位德国导演操刀，白灵主演，卫慧编剧，两人共同选择侽主角，人选也从周杰伦、裴勇俊一路炒来，最终敲定何润崬 师弟王宗尧。王宗尧是香港人，在英国留过学，所以英文很好，曾出演过电影《一年之初》、电视剧《花之恋》等，而在新片中祂将扮演天天一个孤独、自闭的中国侽孩。 对于女二号、侽二号人选，剧组也最终敲定了日本的松田圣子和一个美国侽生。松田圣子，在日本被称为;永久的偶像而这位阿姨级的歌手也是个彻头彻尾的 ;话题女王，40多岁了花边新闻仍是层出不穷。这次加盟《上海baby》，连同编剧卫慧、主演白灵，真正实现了;话题女王;一锅烩。
