该片讲述了陈少雄自幼兼母职，在乡间照顾父亲与妹妹，长大后性情孤僻，不懂与人交往。一天陈少雄在田间窥见一妇人喂哺幼儿的情景，性情因而改变，他在家中偷看妹妹洗澡，陈少雄父亲得悉，把他痛打一顿。陈少雄为满足性欲，在偏僻山间向单独上路的女子下手，先杀后奸。
