好像一切都很糟糕

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 旺姆的夏天

佐藤江梨子,加藤晴彦,水野美纪,川合千春20世纪70年代，在日本中小学生中间流传着这样一个恐怖的传说：放学独自走到公园附近时，会遇到一个带着白色口罩、穿红色风衣的女人。遇到路过者，她会摘下口罩，露出裂到耳朵的恐怖大嘴，问对方“我漂亮吗？”如回答不漂亮，她会将对方毁容；若回答漂亮，她就将对方变得和自己一样；如果逃跑，她会以极快的速度追上。这个女人的名字就叫：裂口女。 各学校一时间人心惶惶，男女学生们都怕碰到这个可怕的女人，而大人们却对这个谣言嗤之以鼻。但随着一场不详的地震发生，裂口女终于到来……
